Brand-new and reasonably large rooms, I had perfectly pleasant experience.

It was a well-kept hotel in a relatively quiet area, just off Sala Daeng stn and nightlife of the neighbourhood and the sky train. The food was great, with a huge variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile.

Newly refurbished condo-style rooms with full-size fridge and kitchen. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, and bright rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to various attractions and public transportation. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel used to be an apartment complex, which added a unique touch. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. I chose Silom Convent Garden - Sha Extra Plus because it was conveniently located near the Mahanakorn Skywalk, which I really wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent amenities such as complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services. I especially enjoyed having a refreshing beverage on the terrace.

Unwelcoming staff, meager breakfast, pay for milk for tea, noisy kettle and microwave, no English TV channels. There are better hotels in the area with friendlier staff and better value for money.
